A.In order to log into the helpdesk, the user must first ensure they have created an account for the new ZIQNi platform. To do this complete the following steps; 1. Go to ziqni.com 2. Click on the log-in button in the top right-hand corner. 3. The page below will load. 4. Click on Register. 5. Complete the registration form. This provides a single sign-in service for your ZIQNI account and the help desk. |
Q. Is there a way for a non-member to see leaderboard, contests, promotions ? |
A. Yes, using the member SDK you can do this by getting a public token. Here is an example of the code you would need to use to get the pucblic token; |
Q. How does CSV work ? |
A. In ZIQNI using CSV, you can upload large amounts of data. This can be used for members, products and unit of measure. To upload using the CSV, follow the steps outlined below; Upload Members 1. Create a file with the headings listed below to upload members. 2. Name and save the file. Click on the upload button in ZIQNI and choose the file to upload. Upload Products 1.
