A Competition is a collection of Contests or Tournaments members participate in. To compete, a member needs to earn points and top-ranked members may receive rewards or prizes. Competitions can include as many or as few contests and rounds as required. Contests can be configured to allow members to progress between multiple rounds. 



From the dashboard page, scroll to Competitions and click.



This will load the search/ create page. From here the following actions can be performed.

  • If there is data that can be searched for, the screen below will appear. Search for a competition that has been created and saved previously. Competitions can be searched by using keywords and  phrases. 
  • Competitions can be searched using the pre-assigned filters;  All, Deleted, Ready, Active, Finished, Finalised and Cancelled. 
  • The default filter is Active. 


This page also allows the user to filter the fields being displayed, and view or edit the data that has been entered. 

  • Click on the funnel icon. This allows the data to be searched using only the specific fields that are chosen.



To filter data using a specific heading the cog icon is used. 

  • Click on the cog icon to filter the data that is being displayed.
  • Uncheck the boxes to filter the data that is being displayed.



All previously created data can be viewed, edited, cloned or deleted.  Depending on the staus of the competition, it can also be finished, cancelled.

  • Under the Action heading for each set of data entered, there is an ellipsis.
  • Click on the ellipsis and the Action menu will appear.
  • View, edit, clone, delete, finish or cancel the data that has been checked. 



  • Click an action and the the update page will now load.
  • Edits can only be made in fields with a white background. 
  • Move between the tabs at the top of the screen to edit each section. 
  • Once all edits have been made, click on update after each section and the changes will be saved.
