To create a CMS all mandatory information is marked with an asterisk and must be completed.

At Ziqni, creating CMS is easy and quick.
- From the dashboard page, scroll to CMS and click.
If no data has previously been entered, the page below will load.
Click on Action and the Create page will load.
- Use the toggle to decide if the repository will be public (everyone can see it) or private. The default is set to off (private).
- Name the Repository.
- Group the repository using tags. Tags can be added by typing directly into the field. Multiple tags can be selected.
- Write a short description of the repository. This is for reference only and is an optional field. This is limited to 500 characters.
- Add metadata to describe and extend the achievement, using a pair of values and keys.
- Click create once all information has been entered.
If the toggle is on, meaning the repository is public, additional information is required.
- Insert the index file name. This means when no file is specified this will be the default file to render.
- Insert the error file name. This means when the record is not found, this will be the default file to render.
- Click create once all information has been entered.
Creating a File
- Once all information above has been entered and the user has clicked create, the page below will load.
- Before a file is created or uploaded the user can click on repository and the preview page will load.
- Use the Action button to edit or delete any information in the repository creation. If this step is not required, remain on the file creation page.
- A file can be created or uploaded.
- Click on create folder. The page below will load.
- Name the folder and click create.
- Click on upload button. Choose the file or image to be uploaded.
- These are now saved to that repository.
Once files are created/ uploaded, the user can view, edit, download or delete them.
