Adjustment Factor | An adjustment factor is a numerical value that will impact the points calculated and the display on the leaderboard. The purpose is to ensure members cannot understand the points strategy. |
Action Adjustments | Action Adjustments is when there are different actions in a variety of products and these have different values. If the user would like certain action types to have a specific adjustment factor, it will need to be added. For example, if all win events are multiplied by 2, therefore the selected action will be WIN and the adjustment factor will be 2. |

Custom Fields | Custom fields are used to provide additional information to records that are not found on the standard create tab. An example would be if the user wanted to add DOB for members' records. The user would do this by creating a custom field for this information to be entered. |
CMS | Content Management System (CMS) refer to items such as JavaScript and image files. These are what ensures the front-end design of the website not only looks good but also works well! At Ziqni these assets are saved in the CMS repository of the users' spaces and can be marked as private or public. |
E | |
Event | Any Product generated data point, that is submitted to ZIQNI, can be used as an Action Helper. |
Event Points Value | The points value of the event that is used for scoring mechanisms in Contests. Event Points Value can also have an Adjustment Factor multiplier applied to it. |
Event Source Value | This is the actual numerical value related to an Event received from a product. |
I | |

Member Tags | A set of members grouped together under a pre-created Member Tag. This allows for a quick selection of 'like' members for activity creation. Typically members are grouped together based on similar characteristics such as value or playing days. For example, high-value members might all be grouped under a 'VIP' member group. |
Mission | A sequence of two or more Achievements chained together to create an overall Mission. Individual achievements can be independent of each other or inter-dependencies between Achievements can be created.
